Rosalia

Rosalia Vila (aka Rosalia) is an Spanish pop and flamenco singer. Her work has been in the margins of both traditional and popular music since her teenage years, she is also involved in other styles like hip-hop soul and trap. Pepe Habichuela is a flamenco guitarist who is renowned for her talent, described her voice by saying it was sweet with an old-fashioned sound. El Mal Querer is her 2nd album, which was made available in 2018, which was critically and commercially successful. Following Los Angeles, her debut album released in 2017, she received a Latin Grammy for Best New Artist and earned the Latin Grammy nod. The hit single La Fama featuring the Weeknd was released in 2021. Motomami came out as her third full-length album. The album featured collaborations on songwriting with other performers and producers like Cory Henry. It was released in 2022 as a result of an appearance on Saturday Night Live appearance by the singer Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was the first Spanish artist to perform as a solo performer on the show. Motomami Rosala as well as winning three Latin Grammy Awards and the Latin Album of the Year award twice, was the first female to win both of these awards.
