Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez was born in Havana Cuba. Her family relocated to Miami at two years old. Ana was raised in Havana, Cuba. Her move to Miami with her family around the age of 2 following her move from Havana. Ana Maria Polo was born in Habana in Cuba. The present host is the host of the Telemundo Show "Caso Cerrado", which is a Spanish programming on television that has been nominated by the Daytime Entertainment Emmy Award. In 2015 she also ranked as the most popular Spanish-language show on 4pm, for important demos. Polo was born in Havana in 1959. Following her graduation at Florida International University's political science program, she moved to Havana and lived there for 20 years. She then earned her PhD in law at the University of Miami. For 20 years, Polo practiced in Miami. After obtaining her PhD at the University of Miami she practiced law in Miami for more than 20 years. Polo was first introduced to the public via television in 2001, on Telemundo's Sala de Parejas (2001) along with other shows on courts where her legal expertise was tapped.
